Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear adventure-ready:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for when you need your gear quickly
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for larger orders
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our adventure gear just like we stand behind every trail we conquer. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Key Return Details

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All Goggles (Bike Goggles, Kids Goggles, Goggle Accessories)
  • All Helmets (Full Face Bike Helmets, Kids Helmets)
  • Used or damaged items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Ship to:

Important: Include your RMA number clearly on the package. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your email, specify the replacement item you want
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or return
