At The Vibe Layers, we stand behind our adventure gear just like we stand behind every trail we conquer. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our bike helmets and glacier glasses.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Goggles (including Bike Goggles, Kids Goggles, and Goggle Accessories)
- Helmets (including Full Face Bike Helmets and Kids Helmets)
- Used or damaged items
These exceptions align with industry standards for safety equipment.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Customer Adventure Team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all tags. Affix the return label we provide (for US returns) or ship to:

Include your RMA number clearly on the package
Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow the return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item you want
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Adventure-Reasy Tip
For fastest service, include photos of any damaged or defective items in your initial email. Our gear should perform as well on the trails as it looks in your cart!
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or return
